Sand Marble Rally Filming in Wales for the BBC

It was a hot and sunny day down at the Welsh beach of Merthr Mawr where we were filming along the BBC One Show team providing aerial cinematography for a piece that they were putting together on sand marble rallying.
You might think of marbles as a child’s plaything but believe you me, there’s a lot involved in creating the courses for these grown up races and a lot of energy that goes into the race itself. Drone Media Imaging were there to provide a bird’s eye view of the proceedings with footage of the course creation and a little of the racing itself. The finished piece is due to air later in the year so we won’t give away the winner here but watch this space for our finished showreel arriving shortly.

PID (Potential Induced Degradation) is a common phenomenon that affects the performance and lifespan of solar panels. It occurs when the voltage potential between the solar cells and the frame of the panel creates a current flow, causing the cells to degrade over time. Understanding PID and taking steps to prevent it is critical for maximizing the efficiency and longevity of your solar panels.
