We use Square.com to process our secure online card payments. We do not hold or see customer card data ourselves.

Thermography work is environmentally dependent. For solar panel surveys this means that there needs to be at least 600 w/m2 of solar irradiation i.e. a sunny day with no cloud, and therefore, the booking is subject to a date that is weather dependant.

To book the survey, we take a deposit fee now with the remaining balance paid prior to the future agreed onsite date. Once the booking fee is paid, the work is planned and scheduled to a target date. We then confirm the appointment between 24-48 hours prior when the weather forecast can be relied upon. The time of the appointment is usually between 2 hours either side of solar midday, and 1 hour in the autumn/winter months.
