Drones and Swimming Pool Installations.

The construction industry has been quick to adopt drones into their projects both as a planning tool, and a way of creating marketing materials that offer a bird’s eye view of projects in a very visual way to potential clients.

Landscape gardeners are now also beginning to take an interest in the photography and video opportunities that a UAV has to offer.  It’s therefore only a matter of time before the swimming pool industry begins to leverage the powerful marketing potential offered by these eye in the sky cameras to showcase their installations.

Drones are in fact perfect for any installation or project that covers a reasonably wide area and is designed to both enhance and fit into the surrounding landscape. In fact, most such projects are designed in plan view and then only ever seen from ground level once they are completed because of the previously prohibitive cost of obtaining aerial footage. However, drones offer the perfect solution being both cheap and easy to deploy (once you have found the right licensed operator of course) and they can combine both videography and still images to create an overall picture of a project, either as a before and after showcase or simply to display your finished work.
