Showcase your Property Portfolio with Drone Photography
As part of our ongoing work with a prominent London asset management company, we are working across the UK to provide them with images of their property portfolio.
This week, we have been staying close to home in Sussex to capture a property in Haywards Heath that is currently being used as an office building. We work with them and the building’s managers to provide a mix of aerial and ground based photography to offer a complete picture of the property and how it fits within it’s environment. As this building doesn’t have any land of it’s own from which to take off and land a drone safely without causing disruption to either the office workers or the general public, we have been flying from the rooftops. A safe and convenient place to obtain drone photography from and also an excellent view of the surrounding area!

Thermal imaging technology is a powerful tool for building surveys, allowing for the detection of hidden issues that affect a building's efficiency and structural integrity. It can uncover insulation deficiencies, diagnose HVAC system malfunctions, and even detect water leaks and electrical faults. By utilizing thermal imaging, property owners and surveyors can proactively address problems, saving time, money, and preventing further damage. As we move towards smart building diagnostics, thermal imaging is a critical component in ensuring the longevity and sustainability of our built environment.
